En aquest apartat donem algunes refer\u00e8ncies clau en nutrici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2>Guia de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 vegetariana [i vegana] de la Generalitat de Catalunya<\/h2>\n<p>Al <a href=\"https:\/\/canalsalut.gencat.cat\/ca\/vida-saludable\/alimentacio\/alimentacio-vegetariana\/\">Canal Salut<\/a> de la Generalitat de Catalunya trobareu <a href=\"https:\/\/somanimaanimal.org\/cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/04\/Guia-Alimentaci%C3%B3-Vegetariana-Generalitat.pdf\">aquesta guia<\/a> que resumeix breument els fonaments de les dietes vegetarianes i veganes.
